Shipping Policy   

Shipping Time: Most orders received are shipped as soon as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Shipping times will vary, as some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.   Your purchases may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order, based on the shipping rate chart for small package shipping.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by the merchant or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. The estimated time is usually 2 to 3 weeks but can take up to as long as  5 weeks. So if you need it before 5 weeks please send us an e-mail about the product and we can let you know about when it will arrive before your order it.

RETURNS: We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes  "SHDS" are not responsible for the mistakes of a shipment that result  in the incorrect product. If you have a problem with the merchant please contact us and we will do everything possible to make things right for you.
